Shipping policy
General:
Subject to stock availability we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all or some of your items at the time of purchase. Should this be the case we will fulfill any available items to you, or contact you if you would prefer to wait until the item is back in stock or to process a refund. Should an item be discontinued prior to updating our website, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
Shipping:
We do our best to have items shipped out in a timely manner but some items can take anywhere from 3-9 business days to ship to us first prior to shipping out to you the customer. Items listed as SPECIAL ORDER we will try to ship within the allotted time displayed on the product page (plus 3-9 business days or longer based on manufacture/supplier ETA's to arrive to us at our physical storefront). Items listed as PRE-ORDER will have varying times for completion. The shipping dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are in no way a guarantee. We use various shipping couriers dependent on destination, size, and weight of your package. We will select the option that best suits the item(s) ordered at that time, as so the option shown at checkout may not always correspond to the carrier used. Within Canada utilizing carrier options available to us at the time of order and we may add a 'Do Not Safe Drop' option to your order at our discretion. Certain weight or package sized products may be excluded from 'Free Shipping' if offered and excluded from 'General Shipping' (Oversized/Heavy) and/or certain remote locations (Example: Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador).
Fright/oversized/heavy shipping is excluded from 'Free Shipping' and 'General Shipping' if applicable.
Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on order, size, weight, location, and cost.
Delivery Terms:
Generally most domestic orders are in transit for 2-10 days. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen products/items once marked as delivered. Should your delivery time exceed the forecasted time, please contact us so we can investigate further at info@nvauto.ca
Delivery Address Change:
You may email us at info@nvauto.ca to request a delivery address change if your order has not shipped out. Unfortunately we will be unable to change the delivery address once your order has been shipped.
Damaged/Lost Parcel In Transit:
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify info@nvauto.ca immediately. Please do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. All original products and packaging materials must be provided in order to fully process a damage claim. NV Auto is not liable for shipping claims that are denied due to customer negligence. We may ask for photos to be submitted of the unopened package.
Wrong Item Received:
If you believe you've received the wrong product, please double-check the part number on the product label with the part number listed on your packing slip. If those numbers do not match, please contact us at info@nvauto.ca before opening or using your product with your order number and product packaging with any photos you are able to provide. Do not discard any of the parts or packaging as these items will be needed in order to qualify for a return and/or replacement shipment.
