Refund policy

Return Policy:

Products sold by NV Auto are covered by a 30 Day Standard Return Policy for defective products and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund minus any freight/delivery charges. All returns require authorization by NV Auto. Due to the nature of performance and aftermarket parts no returns will be accepted on opened, used, installed products, Pre-Order or Special Order Products. Failure to comply with these terms could delay return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. Items shipped incorrectly, damaged in transit, or require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed on a case by case basis by NV Auto.

Products purchased as a kit/combo are only eligible for return if the entire kit/combo is returned at the same time, no missing items, unopened, and uninstalled. Individual items inside a kit/combo cannot be returned separately.

If you return a product or kit/combo, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge along with the shipping charge associated with the original shipment.

Approved returns require the customer to ship the product to us in unopened condition, at the customer's expense. We do not cover shipping fees on items being returned.

Non Returnable/Non Refundable Policy:

Clearance Items, Open Box, or Overstock products are not eligible for return as they are often sold at a reduced price and considered a FINAL SALE and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items and that the items ordered will fit their needs.

Special Orders AND Pre-Orders are unique to each buyer and are custom ordered. Due to this, special orders are considered a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Special Item Orders and Pre-Orders require non-refundable Full Payment. The Payment will not be refunded if the order is cancelled unless the item(s) that were ordered are unattainable from the manufacturer. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items and that the items ordered will fit their needs.

Product Refunds:

Upon approving and receiving your return shipment, a refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 2-7 business days (dependent on your financial institution's processing policies). Only returns that meet our Return Policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. NV Auto does not refund shipping costs on return items or any other charges incurred (customs, duties, fees, etc..). If your order qualified for FREE SHIPPING then a 15% Re-Stocking Fee will be applied. If you have any further questions regarding the refund process, please contact info@nvauto.ca

Product Warranties

NV Auto does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products, most of the products available are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Most manufactures will require you to register your product with them. You may wish to contact the manufacturer directly for information on product eligibility and specific terms and conditions regarding warranty coverage.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders:

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to NV Auto will be processed as a standard return; where all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return to sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier will be deducted from the product refund. International orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable may be subject to duties, taxes, customs, and/or brokerage fees on the return shipment and NV Auto reserves the right to deduct any additional costs from the product refund.

What if I see a product listed at a lower price than I paid?

As part of our continuing commitment to offer our customers the best possible price on any given product, NV Auto often adjusts its pricing in accordance with fluctuations in the market. As a result of such constant change, no reimbursements or price adjustments will be made after your order has been processed. If you wish, you may return the unopened product at the original price and then purchase it again at the lower price. Keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable and that all of the terms and conditions stated in our return policies will apply to your return.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will go over options to correct it as soon as possible.
